The Auto Reply feature allows you to configure SwitchUp to automatically send text messages when a call or a text is received. You can choose to enable Auto Reply for calls or texts or both calls and texts. This is controlled with the toggles on the setting screen.
You can choose to use the default message or make a custom message to send to your users. You are only allowed to set one outgoing auto reply message at a time. Every caller and texter will receive the same Auto Reply.
When active, Auto Reply will send a maximum of (1) auto reply to any caller or texter within a given day.
ie: If Auto Reply is active for callers and someone calls you Tuesday morning, then Tuesday afternoon, and finally Wednesday morning -- they will receive an Auto Reply after their call on Tuesday morning and again on Wednesday morning. They will not receive an Auto Reply on Tuesday afternoon since they received one earlier in the day.

Settings
Auto Reply can be managed in the app via Settings > Advanced Settings > Auto-Reply.
You can enable Auto-Reply for Texts or Calls or Text and Calls by the toggles.
You can choose the message you want to send to users at the bottom portion of the Settings screen.
Creating New Reply
You can create a custom message by tapping "Create New Reply"
Chat (Home) Screen
When an Auto Reply has been sent to a recipient, there will be a yellow icon with a "reply" arrow displayed next to the Conversation. The icon is present until the conversation is marked read. This lets you know at a glance that an Auto Reply has been sent and takes the pressure off of you to get back to the contact immediately.
Conversation
When an Auto Reply has been sent to a recipient, the Auto Reply message will appear inline in the conversation. You can tap on the "View Auto-Reply Settings" button to jump to the Auto Reply settings screen.
Auto Reply with Business Hours
Auto Reply messages are NOT sent when it is outside of a user's business hours.
ie: If you have Business Hours set M-F 9a-5p and Auto Reply is enabled for calls, a caller will NOT receive an auto reply text message if they call your SwitchLine at 5:01pm through 8:59a M-F
