In order to ensure a spam call free experience, every "unknown" incoming call is analyzed by RoboKiller's patented technology to ensure it's not a robocall. As soon as you place an outgoing call or text message to a number, it becomes a "known" caller and SwitchUp will stop analysis for future incoming calls from that number.
Analyzing the calls adds a few rings to the call, this is usually undetectable for callers unless you are testing it with both phones. If a call is deemed safe, the call is sent safely to your phone. Spam calls are terminated so they don't bother you and you can see them in the BLOCKED section of the home screen.
