We know how important it is for you to answer those business calls, coming to your SwitchLine. Custom ringtones help you know when you're receiving calls from your SwitchLine rather than your personal phone line.
To set up a custom ringtone for your SwitchLine:

Go to the native Contacts app on your phone.

Find the contact named "SwitchUp Incoming Call" and tap into the contact card.

Under the SwitchUp Incoming Call contact card, tap the Edit button.

Scroll down and find the Ringtone field and tap to open the ringtone selection menu.

Select the ringtone you would like to assign to the contact.

Once you've selected one, go to "Done" in the ringtone/text tone selection menu.

Tap "Done" in the contact info page to save this selection.
