The account number linked to your account is the mobile number that SwitchUp rings when you receive a call through the app. In order to change this:
- First, go to Settings in SwitchUp.
- Go into the "Account & Security" tab.
- In Account & Security, tap "Account Number."
- Go to "Change Account Number."
- When you do so, you will be asked if you are sure you would like to unlink your number, if you are certain, select "Unlink" and proceed.
- When you do so, you will be asked if you are sure you would like to unlink your number, if you are certain, select "Unlink" and proceed.
- From here, the number change process will be similar to onboarding where you enter and verify the number you'd like to link.
Once you complete these steps, your new account number has been successfully linked! Now calls will ring to the mobile number you selected.
Note: Sometimes the number may not appear to be updated. If this occurs, close the app and open it back up and the new account number should be displayed.
