In SwitchUp 1.10.0, we introduced call forwarding -- allowing you to send your SwitchUp calls to your office phone or your co-workers and have them deal with your calls when you have other things to take care of.
To set up call forwarding:
- Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Call Forwarding
- Toggle Call Forwarding on.
When enabled for the first time, the call forwarding screen will have a pop up appear asking you to "Set the Forwarding Number." Enter the number you would like to send calls to and save your entry. - Select if you would like all incoming calls or only missed calls forwarded
All incoming calls, won't ring your SwitchLine at all and will forward the calls immediately to the number.
Only missed calls will ring your SwitchLine first and if you don't answer, then your calls are forwarded to the number.
You're all set up! Calls will now be forwarded to the number you assigned them to.
Note: While call forwarding is on, no auto-reply to calls will be sent out.
