One of the great amenities of the SwitchUp Pro plan is Call Recording! With this feature, you can record, review, and share all incoming and outgoing calls with your colleagues.
To Enable Call Recording:
- Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Call Recording
- Toggle on Call Recording
(Note: Upon enabling, you will be given a disclaimer concerning laws of call recording.)
- After agreeing to the disclaimer, select if you would like to record incoming calls, outgoing calls, or both.
You're all set! Now make a call!
To Review a Call Recording:
- Visit the conversation you completed a call with.
- Find and press the call tile to open the action sheet.
- Tap on "View Recording"
Now you can review the recording!
Saving/Sharing a Call Recording
To Save/Share Call Recording, go to the call recording player page. Then, press the Share Icon (circled in the image below). This will open the list of different options where you can save or share the recording.
